The following Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") serves as a binding agreement between FNDX CORP LIMITED (the "Company", "FundeXprop", "we", "us" or "our") and you, the user ("Trader" or "Customer"). This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and conditions under which any refund may or may not be processed. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy. We encourage you to take your time and review this Refund Policy carefully to ensure that you are fully informed about your rights and obligations with respect to using the Services.
FNDX CORP LIMITED is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong that owns the rights to the FundeXprop brand and operates all business activities and the website at https://www.fundexprop.com/. Refund and cancellation operations are managed by FNDX CORP LIMITED. Actual payment refunds are processed by ZEROMILE LTD, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with company registration number HE 664061 and registered office at Agias Elenis, 4. Michaelides Building, 1st floor, Flat/Office 104, 1060, Nicosia, Cyprus. ZEROMILE LTD is the entity that accepts payments and handles non-operational aspects related to fund processing but does not engage in operational activities.
The FundeXprop Challenge fee is paid to enable you to access the FundeXprop Challenge, or the Services provided under the FundeXprop Challenge. If the Customer hasn't executed any trades on their Challenge Account or FundeXprop Account, they may be entitled to a refund upon issuing a refund request to support@fundexprop.com, provided that such request is made within 14 calendar days from the date from which the FundeXprop Challenge fee was paid. Refund requests under this provision will be reviewed by FNDX CORP LIMITED, and if approved, the actual refund will be processed by ZEROMILE LTD in accordance with applicable payment processing terms.
Sending a request for the cancellation of registration is considered a request for termination of the contract by the Customer, with the Customer no longer entitled to use the Services, including the trading platform. The Company will confirm receipt of the request to the Customer by e-mail, whereby the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Company will be terminated. Cancellation operations are handled by FNDX CORP LIMITED, with any associated refunds processed by ZEROMILE LTD.
Fees paid for accessing the Trading Challenge or related Services are non-refundable in the following instances:
In these cases, no refunds will be issued by ZEROMILE LTD, and access to Services will be revoked by FNDX CORP LIMITED without compensation.
All sales of services made through FundeXprop are final and non-refundable in case of failure to complete evaluation steps. In cases where a Customer is identified as "high risk" by our payment processors, additional documentation or information may be requested by ZEROMILE LTD. Failure to provide the necessary documentation or information within twenty-four (24) hours of the request may lead to the revocation of access to FundeXprop's Services by FNDX CORP LIMITED. Submission of the requested documentation or information does not automatically reverse the "high risk" status and may still result in ineligibility for the Services.
If the Customer lodges an unjustifiable complaint regarding any paid fees or disputes the paid fees with the Customer's bank or payment service provider (e.g., through chargeback services, dispute services, or other similar services) on the basis of which an annulment, cancellation or refund of the fee or any part thereof is requested, FNDX CORP LIMITED is entitled, at its own discretion, to stop providing to the Customer any Services and refuse any future provision of any Services. ZEROMILE LTD will not process refunds in such disputed cases.
If the Customer engages in any practices that are in breach of the FundeXprop Customer Agreement or the Risk Management Policy, FNDX CORP LIMITED may prevent the Customer from accessing all Services or their parts, including access to the Trading Platform, without any compensation. In such a case, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the fees paid, and ZEROMILE LTD will not process any refund requests.
Customers who satisfactorily complete all evaluation phases of our Trading Challenge and reach their first profit split day are eligible for a full refund of the challenge fee originally paid for that level. Refund operations for this provision are managed by FNDX CORP LIMITED, with actual processing handled by ZEROMILE LTD.
Example: A Customer who successfully completes all mandatory evaluation stages after enrolling in a Challenge Level for an initial payment of $99 will be eligible to receive a full refund of the $99 challenge fee once they reach their first profit split day in their Live Account.
The refunded amount can then be applied toward participation in new challenge levels. Refunds of challenge fees are only possible if the Customer:
Customers can choose to use their refunded funds to advance to more challenging levels, continuing their growth within the FundeXprop trading ecosystem.
Payout requests for Performance Rewards on FundeXprop Accounts may be submitted every 14 calendar days from the date when the FundeXprop Account was awarded to the Customer, or after a minimum of 5 calendar days for instant-funded accounts, subject to the payout terms contained within this Agreement and the minimum Net Profit payout requirements that are listed on the FundeXprop payout page and in the FundeXprop client area. A payout request may take up to three (3) business days to process by FNDX CORP LIMITED, with actual transfers handled via ZEROMILE LTD's payment systems.
We only accept payout requests for FundeXprop Accounts that are given directly by the Customer. Payouts will only be processed to accounts, payment cards, or other payment methods that are owned by the Customer. In order for the payment to be approved, the Customer is required to provide evidence that the new payment method belongs to them. Verification is conducted by FNDX CORP LIMITED.
When we have reasonable grounds to suspect the authenticity of the request, or as required by a legal body or a regulator, FNDX CORP LIMITED may request additional information or documents, which may delay the time required to process the payout request through ZEROMILE LTD.
If the Customer generates a Net Profit and submits a payout request, FundeXprop will verify the legitimacy of the Customer's entitlement to the Performance Reward via FNDX CORP LIMITED's processes.
The Reward will be paid to the Customer on the basis of an invoice. The details on the invoice shall correspond to the information provided by the Customer in order for the Customer to receive the Performance Reward. The Customer is solely responsible for providing correct details for the invoice and in ensuring compliance with the relevant legal regulations. Invoices are issued by FNDX CORP LIMITED, with payments processed by ZEROMILE LTD.
Upon the processing of a payout request, FNDX CORP LIMITED shall also withdraw its share of the gains in the FundeXprop Account.
Customers can withdraw their profits in USDT via the Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Chain (BEP20), and Tron (TRC-20) blockchain networks. To accommodate transaction fees, withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold of USD 100. Withdrawals are facilitated through ZEROMILE LTD's payment infrastructure.
FundeXprop offers an initial profit split ratio in favor of the traders as specified in the Customer Agreement and on the website. FundeXprop calculates traders' profits according to the payout schedule to determine the amount eligible for the profit split. Traders have the flexibility to request payouts in accordance with the terms outlined in the Customer Agreement and Risk Management Policy, managed by FNDX CORP LIMITED.
Traders are provided with the opportunity to reinvest their profits to enhance their trading capital, fostering growth and potentially higher future earnings. Despite the reinvestment of profits, FundeXprop's share of the profit split will be consistently deducted on each Profit Split Day, ensuring a transparent and fair distribution of earnings, as overseen by FNDX CORP LIMITED.
Customers can pay the fee for their selected Trading Challenge option using various methods, including payment cards, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or any other payment methods available on the Website (https://www.fundexprop.com/). The fees for FundeXprop's Trading Challenge options are denominated in USD. However, payment can also be made in other currencies. Customers should be aware that if payment is made in a currency different from the one selected on the Website, the amount will be converted based on the current exchange rates at the time of payment. All payments are accepted and processed by ZEROMILE LTD.
For payments made via payment card or any other express payment method, the transaction is completed immediately. The fee is considered paid when the full amount is credited to ZEROMILE LTD's account on behalf of FNDX CORP LIMITED. If the payment is not made in a timely manner, FundeXprop reserves the right to cancel the order. The Customer is responsible for any fees charged by their chosen payment service provider in connection with the transaction. It is the Customer's duty to ensure that the full fee for the selected Trading Challenge is paid, covering all associated transaction costs.
All service charges are inclusive of applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for fulfilling all tax obligations related to the use of our Services in accordance with the prevailing laws. This includes the proper payment of any taxes or other fees, if applicable. Tax compliance is the responsibility of the Customer, with FNDX CORP LIMITED and ZEROMILE LTD providing necessary documentation where required.
FundeXprop maintains the right to unilaterally modify the fees and parameters of the Services at any time. Changes will not affect Services already purchased prior to the notification of such changes.
FNDX CORP LIMITED may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if the Customer:
In response to any breach detailed in this "Termination" clause, FNDX CORP LIMITED reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, termination, correcting, recovering, and/or applying costs to any amounts generated from any form of market abuse, and legal proceedings. Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and the Company's policies regarding market conduct. No refunds will be processed by ZEROMILE LTD in cases of termination due to breach.
FNDX CORP LIMITED may, in any event and at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate this Agreement without cause immediately upon giving written notice to the Customer.
